Job Duties and Responsibilities of Exercise Physiologist:
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones by providing exceptional service.
- Book and conduct personal training sessions, encompassing free initial assessments.
- Customize fitness programs to accommodate the individualized needs and expectations of clients.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with individuals in a friendly and inclusive way.
- Sustain the training area's safety and cleanliness by regular checks and maintenance.
- Develop a supportive network that fosters relationships and coectivity among customers.
Qualifications and Experience of Exercise Physiologist:
- Should be certified as a Personal Trainer or willing to pursue certification.
- Displays exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude.
- Genuine passion for staying fit and a dedicated approach to supporting others in achieving their fitness ambitions.
- Ability to adjust training programs to suit the specific needs of clients.
- Proficiency in engaging in physical activities such as lifting weights and illustrating exercises.
- Remaining on foot, traveling, and interacting energetically with clients in sessions.
- The schedule can be tailored to include mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Engage in tasks predominantly in a gym environment.
