Job Summary of Cook:

This role is responsible for preparing and cooking food items while ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. The position involves maintaining a clean work environment, following recipes, and adhering to safety protocols.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cook:

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes and plate presentation standards.
• Complete all assigned prep work efficiently.
• Set up and organize workstations as per guidelines.
• Maintain sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after each shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Cook:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.
• Preferred: 18 years or older.
