Job Summary of Security Operations Center Operator:

This role is responsible for monitoring retail locations remotely through CCTV to identify theft, fraud, and suspicious activity. Working from the corporate office in Bradenton, FL, this position supports the loss prevention efforts by documenting incidents, communicating with field teams and law enforcement, and ensuring accurate reporting and system functionality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Security Operations Center Operator:

• Monitor stores remotely using CCTV to detect and document theft and fraudulent activity.
• Collaborate with store teams and Field Loss Prevention to respond to current security threats.
• Report criminal incidents to law enforcement as appropriate.
• Record case details using APIS Case Management System.
• Report CCTV and system concerns to the Security Operations Center Manager or LP Technology Coordinator.
• Review exception reports and employee activities for signs of internal theft or policy violations.
• Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience of Security Operations Center Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience and customer service background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
