Job Summary of Store Team Leader:

This role entails overseeing the entirety of store operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience and optimal business performance. Tasks involve leading store presentation, maximizing sales and profitability, managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Team Leader:

• Lead efforts to achieve excellence in customer support, display of merchandise, placement of products, store layout, and sales approaches.
• Enhance store performance by maximizing sales revenue, increasing gross profit margins, managing costs, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Hire, educate, coach, and evaluate staff effectiveness in crafting a high-performance team.
• Organize staffing rotas to ensure that operational needs are sufficiently covered.
• Uphold compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and employment laws as per federal and state guidelines.
• Fulfill administrative duties by managing persoel paperwork, generating reports, and monitoring cash transactions and sales receipts.
• Safeguard stock integrity by performing regular inventory audits and ensuring quality standards are met for merchandise.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Team Leader:

• Background in the management of retail operations, stores, or a relevant supervisory capacity.
• Accomplished in cultivating team growth through effective leadership.
• Competent in handling administrative and financial reporting duties effectively.
