Operations Support Worker
Job Summary of Operations Support Worker:
You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and office areas, ensuring that all areas are properly cleaned, organized, and ready for daily operations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while also performing minor maintenance tasks as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Support Worker:
- Use cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, scrub brushes, or vacuums to tidy up the floors.
- Collect rubbish and dispose of it, consolidating for the weekly pickup.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on restroom facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning walls, shelves, and equipment.
- Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water, detergents, or acids in accordance with instructions.
- Utilize commercial cleaning tools and equipment to restore the indoor spaces of structures.
- Utilize a combination of solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness across different surfaces.
- Follow the prescribed cleaning and safety procedures to safeguard the integrity of floors and fixtures.
- Implement security procedures by ensuring that doors are locked when the building is not in operation.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed, including using hand trucks.
- Advise managers promptly about any significant repairs or system problems that need addressing.
- Use snow blowers or shovels to get rid of snow on sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas.
- Establish, organize, and clear decorations, chairs, tables, and additional event paraphernalia as needed.
- Proficient operation of a Rider Jack requires experience or eligibility for certification.
Qualifications and Experience of Operations Support Worker:
- - The minimum requirements for this position include a high school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of relevant experience and training, or an equal balance of academic background and practical skills.

Salary:
- Wages: Successful applicants will receive $17.50 for every hour worked
