Job Summary of Chef:

You will responsible for preparing meals according to Chipotle’s recipes and standards. This role demands precision and speed in cooking and assembling dishes while maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Chef:

• Organize the cooking essentials by cleaning, dicing, marinating, and grilling each of them correctly.
• Cook and assemble dishes within set time frames, ensuring each order is executed consistently and according to standards.
• Responsibly operate and manage different kitchen devices.
• Uphold sanitation practices in every food preparation and cooking area.
• - Keep a close eye on stock levels and communicate any needs effectively to the kitchen manager.
• Improve food quality and service standards through close teamwork with the staff.

Qualifications and Experience of Chef:

• Established track record in cooking within a rapid environment; previous experience in a fast casual or restaurant setting is beneficial.
• Understanding kitchen safety protocols is essential for maintaining a safe environment in food preparation areas.
• Skillful handling of knives and kitchen tools to manipulate ingredients and prepare dishes.
• A communicator skilled at working within a team environment.
• Maintaining a sense of calm and positivity in tough circumstances characterizes a patient person.
• An individual must have a high school diploma or a similar credential, but having a culinary school diploma is considered a valuable bonus.
