Job Summary of Cleaning Crew Member:

You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and office areas, ensuring that all areas are properly cleaned, organized, and ready for daily operations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while also performing minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cleaning Crew Member:

• Make sure the floors remain clean by regularly engaging in sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash, consolidating it for the routine weekly pickup.
• Keep restrooms well-maintained through consistent cleaning and servicing.
• Ensure cleanliness by keeping walls, racks, and tools free of dirt and grime.
• Combine water, detergents, or acids as instructed to prepare cleaning solutions.
• Deploy advanced cleaning equipment to revamp the interiors of buildings efficiently.
• Cleanse various surfaces by using solvents, brushes, cloths, and power cleaning machinery.
• Implement the correct cleaning and safety measures to uphold the quality of floors and fixtures.
• Ensure building safety by making sure all doors are locked at the end of each day.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed, including using hand trucks.
• Communicate promptly with managers about any crucial repairs or system issues that need attention.
• Employ snow blowers or shovels to eliminate snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking places.
• Coordinate the organization, assembly, and disassembly of event decorations, seating, and other elements.
• Ability to operate a Rider Jack with proficiency or potential certification is required.

Qualifications and Experience of Cleaning Crew Member:

• - Essential prerequisites for this job include a high school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of pertinent experience and training, or an equal combination of educational background and practical knowledge.

Salary:

• Income: The hourly wage is $17.50 for this position
