Job Summary of Field Sales Representative:

You will be a key player in our rapidly growing organization, responsible for generating sales revenue by cultivating new business and enhancing sales with existing accounts. This role involves selling high-quality products to restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retail establishments. You will act as the face of the company by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, while working in a base salary + commission structure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Field Sales Representative:

• Explore avenues for generating new sales while concurrently boosting sales performance with current customers.
• Compile databases of possible customers through the use of various sources for lead acquisition.
• Move around the designated territory to obtain orders from both regular and prospective clients.
• Showcase and present merchandise through physical samples or brochures, emphasizing the unique selling points.
• State pricing specifics, determine credit conditions, and formulate sales contracts.
• Assess the probable arrival times by examining the organization’s manufacturing and shipping schedules.
• Compile business transaction reports and ensure expense accounts are consistently updated.
• Keep track of account activities by working collaboratively with inside sales representatives.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained while tracking and monitoring customer orders.
• Input sales and customer details into the database repository.
• Nurture and sustain relationships with buying contacts.

Qualifications and Experience of Field Sales Representative:

• Having 1-2 years of relevant sales experience is a valuable asset.
• Candidates with experience in the restaurant sector, food sales, expert catering, or as a Chef are highly encouraged to apply.
• Positive high spirits, team-focused attitude, and cooperative nature.
• Demonstrating the proficiency to foster a favorable climate and exceed anticipated efforts in reaching targets.
• Exceptional at organizing tasks and managing various projects concurrently.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication competencies.
• Able to independently take the initiative to learn swiftly and excel in completing tasks within tight timeframes.
• While it is preferable to have a college degree, it is not mandatory.
• Mandatory to be situated within the allocated geographic sales jurisdiction.

Salary:

• The base salary for recruitment begins at $50,000
• The peak salary offered for hiring purposes is $60,000
