Job Summary of Personal Banker:

You are responsible for supporting sales execution, delivering outstanding service activities, and assisting the customer service team. The primary objective of this role is to strengthen client relationships, foster loyalty, and contribute to the growth of individual consumer business by delivering tailored financial solutions and a remarkable client experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Personal Banker:

• Assist with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities to appropriate teams.
• Develop referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program.
• Support strategies to expand the small business client base and implement sales plans for targeted Book of Business customers.
• Deliver exceptional client service through outbound and inbound calls, deepening existing relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Provide coaching to Tellers and branch staff on product offerings, identifying client needs, and ensuring appropriate referrals.
• Educate clients on all available service and digital channels, utilizing marketing tools to present product offers and financial solutions.
• Maintain compliance with Citibank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while assessing risks and safeguarding Citi’s assets.

Qualifications and Experience of Personal Banker:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking, retail, or sales preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• Registered and compliant with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) Safe Act requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:

$54,100.00 - $75,500.00 per year.
