Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Supervisor:

• Promote the advancement and continuity of team members by facilitating coaching and training programs.
• Guide staff members to provide information and assistance to guests regarding credit and loyalty programs to drive participation.
• Maintain compliance with store presentation standards, facilitate product logistics, and enhance operational methods to adhere to brand expectations.
• The utilization of business reporting tools is key to driving decision-making processes and achieving performance objectives with precision.
• Keep abreast of and implement company systems, software, and protocols.
• Enhance team motivation by engaging in company recognition and incentive programs.
• Cultivate a collaborative team environment that promotes engagement and cooperation.
• Execute any supplementary tasks as required by management.

Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Supervisor:

• The basic educational prerequisite is a high school diploma or a comparable qualification.
• It is recommended that applicants have 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Being skilled in communication, interpersonal interactions, and resolving issues are valuable capabilities.
• Aptitude for working independently or as a member of a team.
• Hands-on experience with Zebra PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
• Preparedness to work a schedule that may incorporate mid-day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
