Job Summary:

Deliver exceptional client service by assisting Charles Schwab Bank clients with inquiries related to deposit accounts, online banking, money movement, bill pay, and debit card services. This role involves handling inbound calls efficiently while using multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle 40-60 inbound calls daily, providing expertise on banking products and services.
• Assist clients with online account management, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions and resolving client concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Adhere to banking policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of one year of professional experience, including internships or volunteer roles.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in multitasking and using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work in the office up to 75-100% of the time as required.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Experience in financial services or a call center environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to banking policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• A growth mindset with a desire to learn and develop within the role.
