Inside Sales Associate
Job Summary of Inside Sales Associate:
You will be a key player in our rapidly growing organization, responsible for generating sales revenue by cultivating new business and enhancing sales with existing accounts. This role involves selling high-quality products to restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retail establishments. You will act as the face of the company by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, while working in a base salary + commission structure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Associate:
- Bolster overall sales figures by diversifying sales chaels and maximizing revenue from existing customer accounts.
- Put together listings of potential customers by exploring various sources for client identification.
- Explore various locations within the assigned territory to obtain orders from both current and potential customers.
- Showcase and feature goods through tangible examples or promotional brochures, emphasizing the appealing qualities that attract customers.
- Provide pricing breakdowns, set credit terms, and execute sales agreements.
- Determine the likely delivery dates considering the organization’s production and delivery schedules.
- Produce and maintain business transaction reports and update expense accounts regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with internal sales reps to keep account interactions up to date.
- Keep tabs on inventory levels and monitor the fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensure accurate data entry of customer and sales information in the company database.
- Establish and maintain relationships with procurement contacts.
Qualifications and Experience of Inside Sales Associate:
- Applicants with 1-2 years of sales experience are given preference.
- Valued qualifications include a history of working in restaurants, food sales, professional catering, or as a Chef.
- Dynamic approach, positive demeanor, and adept at collaborating within a team.
- Illustrating the competence to cultivate a beneficial atmosphere and work exceptionally to achieve desired outcomes.
- Displays excellent organizational skills and can efficiently manage multiple projects.
- Strong command in conveying ideas verbally and in written form.
- Someone who thrives in learning by doing and excels at delivering results within strict timelines.
- Possessing a college degree is recommended but not required.
- It is necessary to be within the designated geographic sales location for eligibility.

Salary:
- The entry-level salary for new hires is set at $50,000
- The top hiring rate available is $60,000
