Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Associate:

• Acknowledge patrons, gather food and beverage requests, and distribute menu items in a timely and precise manner.
• Assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, and similar food items in adherence to the recipes and criteria established by the company.
• Ensure compliance with all established food safety and sanitation standards to sustain a clean and safe atmosphere.
• Skillfully utilize the point-of-sale system to process customer transactions in a timely manner.
• Ensure the kitchen, prep stations, and dining areas are tidy, structured, and adequately supplied.
• Provide top-notch customer support by addressing and solving any guest complaints in a respectful and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Associate:

• Experience in dealing with customers is a plus but not an essential requirement.
