Job Summary of AVP, Branch Manager:

You will responsible for leading and directing a team to drive sales growth and expand the client base. The position coordinates with the consumer sales team to develop and implement business strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence. This role involves direct management of staff, overseeing sales activities, and upholding the firm’s commitment to ethical practices and risk management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of AVP, Branch Manager:

• Execute planning and budgeting to meet annual branch goals.
• Lead daily huddles to communicate goals, strategies, and expectations.
• Monitor branch performance and implement action plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee compliance, internal controls, and risk management initiatives.
• Identify training needs, manage career development plans, and handle performance evaluations, hiring, and terminations.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for sales and operations roles within the branch.
• Maintain high ethical standards, comply with regulations, and manage control issues transparently.

Qualifications and Experience of AVP, Branch Manager:

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and branch operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess and manage risks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

$80,480.00 - $120,720.00 annually.
