Job Summary of Supervisor:

This position is responsible for supporting daily store operations through team leadership, merchandise execution, and customer engagement. The role focuses on coaching associates, promoting loyalty initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and efficient shopping environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Supervisor:

• Support the development and retention of team members through coaching and training.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by educating team members to inform and assist guests.
• Execute store merchandising standards, product flow, and operational processes to align with brand expectations.
• Utilize business reporting tools to drive decision-making and achieve performance objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of and apply company systems, software, and procedures.
• Encourage team motivation through participation in company recognition and incentive programs.
• Foster a collaborative and engaged team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and Experience of Supervisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using Zebra PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mid shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
